SwingAUT Studio #1

I have had a fantastic experience learning at swingAUT. Their teaching method is clear and effective in a no-stress environment that makes each class a pleasure to attend. My teachers, Dom and Lisa, were always smiling, encouraging, and genuinely committed to helping every student make progress. As someone who arrived in Austria with limited knowledge of German, I truly appreciated how accommodating they were -switching to English, even when I was the only non-German speaker in the group. That level of inclusivity and thoughtfulness made a difference. The entire swingAUT community is incredibly welcoming, and the regular social events provide excellent opportunities to practice in a relaxed and supportive setting. And of course, Lindy Hop itself is filled with joy and positive energy - it is impossible to leave a class without a smile, no matter how your day has been.

I was having Lindy hop classes back in Athens for 3 years, in Greece and I really wanted to continue after my move in Vienna. The open & friendly environment makes you feel at home from the first moment. The classes are in English which is amazing as international & Austrians, all together we become a big community with our main purpose to dance and enjoy ! The mini social almost every Saturday is really nice! I am really looking forward to my classes every week. Except for the nice & friendly environment, the teachers are really good & with a beautiful energy they are teaching you amazing moves! I never felt stressed or confused! They are really helping you & teaching with a super nice way! Non conservative, super happy people ❤️ Keep the good job

Have been taking classes since last year, and it's been the best dancing course experience so far. Amazing variety of courses from beginner to advanced taught by passionate and competent trainers. In the registration process, the trainers care for a good balance of leaders and followers in the classes. Each class gives us lots of practicing opportunity giving corrections and pointers to find the trick and best timing in each sequence. They are also well thought through, practicing new elements and then teaching how you can connect and transition to the new sequences with already learned moves. Last but not least, amazing regular social events and a wonderful community of respectful and fun dancers to swing through nights and days in Vienna. If you are on the fence, give it a try at one of the regular free trial days.

Amazing friendly and welcoming atmosphere and really great teachers, I can wholeheartedly recommend this place to learn swing dancing. I especially like the 6-week blocks of the courses as it's much easier to commit to this than when courses run for longer. New blocks start shortly after the end of the previous ones, so you can keep going for as long as you like. The only thing that could be improved is a bigger wardrobe for changing, during some events it gets a little crowded.

I've had a wonderful experience at SwingAUT. The teachers are professional and the community is incredibly welcoming. There are many fun events that make learning to dance an absolute joy. Highly recommend for anyone interested in Lindy Hop!

Great dance school, amazing teachers and friendly community. Teaching in both English and German from real expert dancers who know how to pass on both the technical side and the infectious joy of this exciting dance style. Highly recommended for Lindy, Charleston and other swing dance styles in Vienna!

Tolle Swing Tanzschule. Habe bereits mehrere Tanzkurse gemeinsam mit meinem Mann hier gemacht. Die Tanzlehrer:innen gehen gut auf die Gruppe ein und zeigen vor und helfen, bis alle es wirklich können. Zum Schluss gibt es immer auch ein Recap bei dem alle gelernten Dinge aus der Stunde noch einmal gezeigt und mitgefilmt werden können für zu Hause. Wir hatten immer großen Spaß hier.
